Purpose: Location data is used strictly to detect your local area, provide real-time environmental context (such as local UV index and meteorological metrics), and locate nearby establishments.
Storage: We do not track, log, sell, or store your historical GPS coordinates on our servers. Location requests are processed in real time and retained only on your device during active sessions.

B. Reviews and Ratings Data

The App may collect and process user-submitted reviews and ratings of establishments.

Purpose: This data is gathered to aggregate overall scores, calculate average ratings, and present crowd-sourced establishment feedback to other users.
Anonymity: Reviews and ratings are submitted without linking them to identifiable personal accounts, profiles, or personal contact details.

C. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

We do not collect, request, or store any personal identifiable information, such as:

Real names or usernames
Email addresses
Phone numbers
Physical addresses
Payment or financial credentials

2. Device Permissions

To deliver core features, the App requests the following permissions:

Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Required to fetch localized UV index data and nearby points of interest.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send timer alerts, safe exposure warnings, and status reminders. You can disable notifications at any time via your device settings.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): Used by third-party advertising SDKs to serve contextual and relevant ads within the application.

3. Third-Party Services and Advertising

The App integrates third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics and advertising (such as Google Mobile Ads / AdMob). These services may collect technical identifiers, such as:

Google Advertising ID (AD_ID)
Device type, operating system version, and system language
Aggregated ad interaction metrics (impressions, clicks)

4. Data Retention and Security

No Personal Data Storage: Because we do not collect personal accounts or private user identifiers, we do not maintain personal user databases.

Our application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take immediate corrective measures.
